- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and security labels intact, and must not be used or damaged. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted.

Who covers the return shipping fees?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The fee is $20–$50 depending on location and products. We appreciate your kind understanding.
How long does it take to process my refund?
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be subject to delays depending on your payment provider’s processing times. If your refund has not been received within 30 days, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
What are the return conditions?

- Customized and personalized products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
